Boylesports has declared the selection of Michael Koutsoukos as its new Director of Customer Interaction.
Boylesports has chosen Koutsoukos for the position, who joined the firm toward the end of last year. He comes from Triumph Games, where he worked on the Stoiximan and Betano brands.
Koutsoukos worked at Triumph Games for over two years, most recently as Director of Customer Relationship Management. He also served as Lifecycle Manager.
Before that, Koutsoukos worked at Kindred Group for four years, holding a number of senior positions. These included Head of Customer Strategy, Head of Customer Campaigns and Head of Customer Communications.
Earlier in his career, Koutsoukos worked at De Agostini Editore for over 12 and a half years. The company is 100% owned by De Agostini and coordinates and manages the group’s operating companies in the publishing sector.
The broader De Agostini Group’s clients include International Game Technology (IGT).
Industry appointments continue to increase
Koutsoukos is the most recent industry appointment to be confirmed in recent days.
This week, igaming technology solutions provider iGP announced the selection of Dirk Camilleri as its new Chief Product Officer.
Camilleri will take the reins of the iGP product team in his new position.
Camilleri boasts over eight years of experience in the gaming sector. He recently held the post of Vice President of Products at Pariplay for a period of eleven months.
Furthermore, NeoGames subsidiary Wizard Games has welcomed Dimitar Panteleev as their Director of Game Technology. Panteleev will be tasked with spearheading the exploration and implementation of innovative technologies at Wizard Games.
Panteleev previously occupied the role of Chief Technology Officer at The Better Platform, a Bulgarian iGaming provider.
