Introducing another element to the board, performer, businessperson, and originator of the Tamer Hassan Acting Academy, Tamer Hassan, joins as an autonomous non-executive director. Mcgahan, previously the chairman before assuming the role of temporary CEO, expresses enthusiasm in welcoming the duo. Additionally, they’re onboarding Paul Jordan, a seasoned professional from the Formula One realm, as a non-executive director.
