The BetMGM Poker Competition returns to the Aria in Las Vegas this June for its second consecutive year.

The contest, slated for June 9th through 13th, will occur at the Aria Poker Room, concluding with a final table clash on June 13th, streamed live from the PokerGO Studio.

This thrilling gathering is part of the broader 2023 ARIA Poker Classic. It commences with a six-day BetMGM Poker extravaganza beginning June 8th, showcasing a mystery bounty tournament as its opening spectacle.

The BetMGM Poker Competition features a $3,500 entry fee, no-limit hold ’em structure, and a substantial $2 million guaranteed prize fund. Amplifying the thrill, more than 100 participants from BetMGM’s online poker platforms in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ontario, Canada, will enter the fray, having secured their places through online qualifying rounds. The Competition will offer two initial flights, providing players with multiple opportunities to progress.

Regarding qualifiers, online players can begin vying for their spots at the Aria starting May 1st.

“We’re delighted to welcome our players back to Las Vegas during one of the most exhilarating periods of the year for poker,” expressed Luke Staudenmaier, Director of Poker at BetMGM.

Participants securing their spot through online qualifiers are in for a treat: a six-night stay at the opulent Aria Hotel (June 7th to 13th, 2023), a coveted $3,500 entry into the esteemed BetMGM Poker Championship, and an $800 pass to the thrilling Mystery Bounty tournament.

“Collaborating with BetMGM once more for this year’s Summer Championship allows us to provide poker enthusiasts with an unparalleled adventure,” remarked Sean McCormack, Head of Poker Strategy for MGM Resorts.

ARIA has amplified last year’s triumph, elevating the guaranteed prize fund to an astounding $200 million, granting players an opportunity at one of the most substantial rewards in the annals of poker.
