BetConstruct, a top provider of tech solutions for the gaming sector, has partnered with Fast Track, a firm recognized for its AI-driven CRM platform. This collaboration seeks to transform player interaction within the iGaming realm.

By incorporating Fast Track’s CRM, BetConstruct equips its operators with immediate data analysis and the capacity to craft highly customized player experiences. This represents a major accomplishment for BetConstruct as it’s their inaugural integration of an external CRM solution into their suite of products.

Fast Track’s CRM effortlessly connects with diverse gaming platforms, distribution avenues, and reward systems. This enables operators to utilize real-time information to enhance their marketing endeavors and personalize player journeys for optimal results. The integration pledges to refine player engagement tactics and expedite product release timelines.

A central component of this alliance is Fast Track’s “Singularity Model,” an AI-powered system engineered to elevate player retention and allegiance. It accomplishes this by examining player conduct in real-time and providing individualized content.

Gegham Yegoryan, Chief Product Officer at BetConstruct, highlighted the importance of this joint effort, stating that it transcends a mere partnership; it’s a strategic maneuver to enhance player engagement within the iGaming landscape.

This alliance unites BetConstruct’s remarkable collection of gaming and wagering products with Fast Track’s talent for enhancing user engagement and fostering loyalty.

Simon Lidzén, CEO and co-founder of Fast Track, expresses enthusiasm for the joint effort, deeming it a “significant achievement” in their pursuit of ushering in a fresh wave of digital advancement within the iGaming realm. He envisions the collaboration yielding an immersive and tailored player journey that transcends mere amusement, aiming to cultivate sustained player interest.

This is not BetConstruct’s first venture in 2024. In May, they partnered with Livespins to amplify the scope of their social casino streaming service, granting their operator associates access to the Livespins product. Previously, in February, they combined forces with Flutter to incorporate their gaming offerings onto the Betfair International platform, broadening their presence across over 20 regulated territories.
